Establish:

Combining these evaluations with the vision of your organization, we develop clear goals and opportunities for you to work towards.

Collaborate:

In our regular working sessions, we develop a strategic vision and work together towards achievable milestones.

Deliver:

Using timelines and regular check-ins, we ensure accountability and maintain steady progress to achieve measurable results and continued success.

Leadership Workshops

Together with leadership, Amanda designs proprietary workshops tailored to each team’s specific needs and growth areas. Whether in person or remote, she guides teams through collaborative sessions that include breakouts, role-playing exercises, and group discussions. Workshops include Executive Presence, Radical Candor, and Managing Teams.
